Helping children get a leg-up on a healthy, sharp-minded tomorrow is the aim of Baby Builders, founded by pediatric physical therapist Jenna Zervas, MSPT. Jenna's developmental exercise program helps infants: gain strength, increase coordination, achieve balance, improve cognitive and emotional development, and prevent delays,.

Baby Builders provides techniques for parents and care givers to safely exercise their infants 0-12 months old. . .purposeful play from parental interaction.

Baby Builders' impact can reach far into tomorrow. Early care and nurture leads to higher cognitive test scores and academic test scores through age 21, impacts the ability to learn and the ability to regulate emotions.

A native of Tulsa Oklahoma, Jenna Zervas went to the University of Arkansas to pursue her dreams to be a pediatric surgeon and United States Olympic diver. A back injury ended her diving career and placed her in physical therapy. After completing therapy, Jenna graduated cum laude and went on to Washington University in St. Louis where she completed a Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Jenna began work as a pediatric Physical Therapist at St. John's Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She developed St. John's Medical Center's pediatric therapy program in their outpatient unit, inpatient unit, and pediatric and neonatal Intensive Care Units. She currently resides with her husband Chris in Branson, Missouri. They have two children, Zoe (3) and Elle (1)

Baby Builders walks parents through 4 developemental stages with their infants: Strength, balance, movement and coordination. The video's 17 exercises culminate with teaching a child to walk.
